Refund & Cancellation

We value our customers and strive to offer flexible, transparent policies for all appliance repair, installation, and maintenance services across Dubai. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

Service Booking Cancellation

Same-Day Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a call-out or technician dispatch fee (typically AED 75–100).
  • To avoid charges, please notify us of cancellations or reschedules at least 4 hours in advance.

Future-Dated Cancellations:

  • Appointments booked for future dates can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if done before the 4-hour window.

Refund Policy

MR Appliance Dubai follows a no-questions-asked refund policy under the following conditions:

  • If a payment is made in advance and the service is canceled before the technician is dispatched, a 100% refund is issued.
  • If the technician is dispatched but the job is refused on arrival without valid reason, only the call-out fee is deducted and the rest refunded.
  • If a repair fails within the warranty period, and our team cannot fix the issue upon follow-up, a partial or full refund may be provided based on case assessment.

Note: No refunds will be processed for services already completed and accepted by the customer unless a valid complaint is raised within 48 hours of service delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Customer refuses service after diagnosis or quote is provided on-site.
  • Appliance damage caused by misuse, power surges, or third-party interference.
  • Services involving custom parts or special orders, once confirmed.
  • Refusal of service due to building access issues, community gate delays, or unavailable tenant on arrival.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
